Our standard sized wall mats are constructed in 2' wide x 6' tall x 2 ½" thick panels, covered in 19 oz. Vinyl over 60 ILD polyurethane foam with a ½" OSB plywood backing. An aluminum channeling is first installed on the wall. Each panel securely slides into the channeling for an attractive finish which also makes replacing a damaged panel quick and easy. The column pads are also made with the same materials and finished with the aluminum channeling at top and bottom. All art work is computer generated and printed in a high gloss vinyl screen ink. A computer sample of the art work will be provided for your review prior to making the mats. Field measurements will be needed to properly identify any cutouts for switches and receptacles. The cutouts are done on site during the installation process.
